    Aussie Therese, I know it's available through Amazon or Barnes and Nobel. I don't know what kind of international limitations there might be. I hope you are able to get a copy!

    Thanks. We have fishpond here that is the Australian distributor for books from Amazon. Since it is available through amazon I should be able to get a copy here.
